Equipoise and Winstrol

I am new to the use of Steroids. I currently weight about 255lbs, and with about 33% body fat. I bought Equipoise and Winstrol because a fitness trainer said that the combination will give me a good result. But my Question is: How much can I take per week. The trainer said about 3cc of Equipoise per week and 2-10mg of Winstrol tabs per day. I would also like to know if I can stack them up with something else so that I can lose all of the fat and get a better result of body mass in about a 10 week cycle. Any help is appreciated.
 
I live the eq/winstrol stack for hardenign up and gains in lbm without gains in bodyfat or water, however at your current bodyfat EQ, due to the increase in appetite, would NOT be my choice, unless you ran a very lose dose of say 200-300 mg.

Maybe a stack like 200 mg eq once a week, with 100 mg of masterone eod or 50 mg proviron a day on a very strict CKD might work well for you, but really I would need to know more about you to determine that.

Okay, so what should I take in order for me to lose the fat and get ripped up in a few months. I am desperately trying to lose wait and gain some lean muscle. I have exercised for a year with no results and with no juice. I need all the help I can get and any info is appreciated.

Its true. Get yourself a new trainer. He does not know what the F he is talking about. With your %BF they would most likely do nothing for you. drop the weight thenk think about roids after you have extensively researched them.

Okay, what kind of info do you need to know about me. And I am taking 3cc of 100mg of Equipoise per week and 2-10mg tabs of Winstrol per day. If I can stack anything else with that, what would it be or can I increase the dosage of Equipoise and Winstrol tabs.

Get on adipex, i used it and lost 24 lbs in the last 3 1/2 weeks.

i lost alot quickly because i did tons of cardio and ate right with it. Here are my stats now.

im 21 years old, and im 6'3"
Before=259 lbs @ around 26% body fat,
Now= 235@ around 18-19% body fat
i had a 38 waist one month ago and now at a nice 36.

It works wonder according to discipline and training, try this until you lose the weight you want and then bulk up cleanly, just my advice. Good luck!

Do add test, proviron or anything else to the EQ/winny stack? And if not, how does it affect your sex drive?

I understand...it is easier said than done! Great job initiating an exercise routine! Have you changed your diet? If your combination of diet and exercise is not correct, you will never lose weight....especially on EQ as your appetite will increase.
 
We'll my appetite has decreased and I only eat 4 small meals per day. With a lot of protein, such as red meat, fish, and chicken. And I drink about a gallon of water per day.

My stats of right now are as follow:

Im 24 years old, and im 5'9"
Now= 255@ 33% body fat
With the measuring tape I have a 48" Waist, Chest 48.5", and Hips are 52".
Biceps are 15.5", Forearm are 12", Legs are 25", Calves are 17.5".

I would like to know everybody's opinion on what I need to do in order to accomplish my goals. To lose body fat and gain extra lean muscle. I thank everyone for your help.

The fact that you're hitting the weights and trying to slim down is awesome and means that you're motivated to change your physique. One thing you forgot to mention was your height. If you're at 255lbs and 5'6 with 33% bodyfat, then we have some issues here....just to give an example. I would like to offer some friendly advice.
Don't trust what your trainer says. He may know "all about" working out etc., BUT, he may not know a whole lot about steroids....which I'm willing to bet he doesn't. Anyone can become a physical trainer by taking a course that you can do from home just by ordering the kit from the mail. Most personal trainers I have seen in my area are skinny punks who "think" they are huge. Anyway, that being said, you should always go to another source for information (like the god bros here at EF) before you go through with something. It's like getting a second opinion from another doctor. What everyone here is saying is that by taking the EQ your appetite will increase and you need to have a good diet plan down and stick to it if you're going to be hungry and eat more.....which you will. What you should have done was get a good diet going and get acustomed to it and stick to it strictly and that will naturally reduce your body fat%. Once in the mid-upper teens, you would be better off starting the juice then. It's too late now b/c you started already, but my point is don't listen to your trainer as if he knows all b/c he doesn't. And my next point is always, always ask the opinions of the guys (and gals) on here because they will steer you in the right direction. All of that said....good luck to you bro, I hope you achieve the results you're looking for.
 
Ok, honestly the drugs are not what you need right now. When I first started lifting I was 5'9" 245 lbs and got tested at 33% bf. I busted my ass and got down to 170 in 70 months, but was by no means ripped. That is not going to happen for awhile. After taht I bulked up to 205 (becnhing 315 for reps an doing deep squats with 405 for reps) over the next 4 months without gaining any bodyfat, then did a cutting cycle of primo and winstrol for 12 weeks (winstrol the last 8) and got down to a ripped 165 for a contest.

Even with the help of drugs, there is no way you are gettign ripped in the next 6 months. You are going to find that about 6 weeks into your cycle the eq is going ot make you extremely hungry. Also 4 meals a day is nowhere near enough. Shoot for 8-10 very small meals. Focus on natural refined foods, continue to train and you will lose bodyfat fast enough.

If you insist on a cycle, go with what I recomended. 200 mg of eq every week, and 100 mg of masterone eod for maintain, adn even gaining some LBM while maxiumizing fat lose. The stack I recomended at those doses is catabolic to adipose tissue. If your budget allows, 2 iu's of hgh with it might be beneficial. However, I would spend several months training natural before doing any of this, and drop 30 lbs or so first.

The definition of clinically obese is 30% bodyfat and you're past that. You should not even be lifting weights at all; the strain on your heart could be too much. You need to do low-intensity cardio 5-6 days/week for 45-90 minutes a day. Forget the weights...forget the steroids. Heck, I'm 5'8", 254 and half your bodyfat yet still could lose a few.

My point exactly. Perhaps there's a reason you got to 33% bodyfat in the first place. Lack of dieting knowlege, willpower, or just not wanting to loose weight. Whatever it is you need to master doing the opposite b4 you hit steroids, even though you started already.
 
You need to get rid of your "fitness trainer" because he's a bonehead! What a crock of shit recommending steroids to you at 33% bodyfat. That's ridiculous!

Ditch the juice, post up your diet and training routine, visit the diet and training forum and read read read. What on earth are you even considering steroids for?? The only thing your trainer will accomplish for you is get you killed or visiting a hospital. What a moron!
 
Okay, I go to the gym every day. One hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon. I do Cardio for 30 min in the morning and 20 min in the afternoon. Then I do a complete body workout. And I have lost about 2.5% bodyfat during the last week and a half. And I have read that Winstrol is used in order to lose weight. That is slims you down. But all of your help is helping out and I will continue to check out the forums and the opinions of EF. And not to mention, I am a big bone and thick so what I need to weigh is about 200lbs or 230lbs with muscle or so.
 
I am posting not to discourage you. I would lift for about 3 to 6 months without anything. You can do some clen to help you lose quick too. I'm 5' 9" also but have been lifting for 4 years straight. My next cycle will be 12 weeks Equipoise 600mg /6 weeks of Winny 50mg ED. I hope to shed some BF and put on muscle. I am HGH (since 2001) and Test en(since 90) . I see an endocrinologist for that. Give it time. I'm 53 years old too. Good things can never be rushed.

I started 4 yrs ago at 5'10 270Pds, I used Clen watching my BP and in 6months I got to almost 226 before I did my first cycle. Now I would agree I probably shouldn't have did it, but I did and it helped. My first cycle was:

Finasol twice a day, morning/night (guessing 50mg)
Winny 50mg ED
Anavar 40mg ED

When I was done I had not trandformed my body but it did increase my Lean Muscle mass and I decreased my BF by close to 6%. 6 months later I was 216 and did my next cycle.

Fina 75 ED
Winny 100ED
Test Pro 100 EOD

This transformed my Body... Anyways I know what everyone is trying to say. About waiting and I think you should. But Steriods Can and do help. By increasing Lean Muscle mass thus increasing your metabolism. During all my cycle I increase LMM well on a low Cal. Diet. Which I could not have done, because I would have lost MM on the Cal I was eating. Becareful, get your BP Checked, and watch your liver. Being Obese is hard on your liver and kidneys to begin with steriods can def. strain them.
 
Ok, what you don't seem to realize from the numbers you have throw up is that you have a 25" thigh and 15.5" bicep at 33% bf. You are not gonig to be anywhere near a lean 200 lbs any time soon. Honestly if you rip down to 10% (not exactally ripped, but lean neough to see the outline ofyour abes) you are probably going to be nothing over 170 lbs. A fair portion of what you are measuring is bodyfat. THose arms are goign to be about 13" and your thighs 20-22" after you drop down to 10-12% bf.

Considering the fact that you are overweight, winstrol (due to its toxicity) would not be my drug of choice. If you insist on juicing right now, before you know how to eat and train correctly, go with the cycle I have outlined.
 
I know this is away from the topic but I would like to agree with body on the toxicity of winny. But it's something that is never discussed here that I have seen. When I was weighing 270, I had all my blood work done, and my Liver values were bearly acceptable but very high. But I had never done a drug or really drank in my life??? Well the reason was I was FAT, and my liver was turning FATTY!!! Many Fat people like to take winny there first cycle. Why , it's oral, and they beleive it's going to get them ripped and it's pretty cheap. But it really could spell disaster. Not only because of the Toxicity on the Liver but what it also does to your Lipid Profile. FAT People should not take Winny. Just my 2 Cents.
