Equigen - equine somatotropin

Just read this at another board. Seems some intrepid BB'ers are using Equigen, a growth hormone designed for horses made in Austrailia. Now my understanding was that growth hormones are only biologically active in that individual species. Just outta curiousity, has anyone here actaully tried the stuff? My educational background tells me this could possibly have some unexpected ramifications, but I certainly value the real world experiences of this community.

Lots cheaper, ive seen 210iu for a little over 300.
