Equigan & Deca

I have 100cc bottle of Equigan 50mg per and two bottles of deca 50cc, 50mg per. I am 5'10", 215lbs. I am not looking to get any bigger, just leaner and harder. I ve been using for about 5 years, and I'm just looking for some dosage suggestions.
