Ok I'm new so BUMP...BUMP...BUMP...now we have that out of the way. I was looking into doing a 12 week cycle...my first. I'm 5'9 190 14% bfat. 36. Due to my job... being watched 24/7 here in the middle east...so I'm sure you can figure out that one...and can't gain a huge amount of Muscle...I'm looking at 10lbs of lean Muscle...something that I can keep on after... and to stay under the radar if you catch my drift. I have been reading about Equipoise and thinking this will be a better choice then deca because of the RBC and the fact it has less water reten and doesn't stay in the system as long. with sus 250. So far I'v been reading and it seems 400-600cc a week for the Equ. and about 500cc a week for sus 250...I'm still a little confused about breaking the shots up through out the week...but my main question is if I'm looking at a lower about of Muscle gain can I lower the amount a week and what would you guys suggest if so. My last Question is about Anavar...most people say it's great for strength but not gaining...so if your taking 30-50mgs a day for a 12 week cycle would 8lbs be about right...all this of course with the proper diet and training.
