EQ or Deca

Ok guys for stacking with test for 16 weeks i could do 8 weeks Deca than switch to EQ, or i could just run EQ the whole way through and leave out the deca. Which would you pick for a bulking cycle i will be running it EOD
 
I dont know what your stats are, what your experience is, Etc. I cant advise on dose without that info.

If it is a simple choice, then without a doubt, its EQ. 16 weeks of deca could make you infertile. Your HPTA will be so shut down, it will be extremely hard to recover. Any 16 week cycle is hard to come back from.

Why so long?? and 800mg's??
 
I posted this a month back.

alright guys im 24 this will be my 8 cycle and im going to try a long cycle this time im 6'3" 256 with 9% body fat. what do you guys think of this cycle

week 1-3 50mg A-bomb
week 3-6 40mg Dbol
Week 1-8 250mg Sustanon 250 plus 200 mg Deca EOD.
Week 9-16 200mg test cyp plus 100 mg EQ EOD.
Week 17-24 200mg test enan. plus 100mg tren EOD.
Week 1-26 Arimidex 1 EOD
Week 25-26 HCG 2,000iu EOD
Week 27-28 200 mg clomid
also RALA, cranberry extract,Glutimine, and tylers

I like long cycles to get used to the excess bodyweight I am hoping to keep 30 pounds. Ill keep you posted with the results
 
So you are attempting to be shut down and on anabolics for 24 weeks?

This is nearly half a year. Unless you are a IFBB Professional, I do not suggest such a long cycle.

The reason for this is that your LH production will be so low and it will take a considerable amount of time for your pituitary to product normal levels of test. This will cause you to lose a large amount of your gains.

It is more than likely that you will not be able to keep even 20lbs in this situation considering the fact you are already very close to, or even above, you genetic limit.
 
Cut your HCG dose in half and run it twice. Do it during weeks 7-8 and 24-25 at 1000ius EOD. Run clomid for 4 weeks. You will need help recoving. Definately go with EQ over deca!!

Taking HCG during the peak periods is an option however this may not help much in this situation.

Please elaborate?

The only reason for the 2 separate runs is to make sure there isnt any atrophy at the end!

Correct. The HCG will prevent testicular atrophy (which is another reason I am firmly against long-term cycle's for non-pro's) however it will have no effect with regards to the inhibition of the HPTA.

My main concern here is that 4545 will run a 24 week cycle with a very small return as far as lean muscle mass.

There is no doubt that better results would be achieved by breaking the 24 week period into two cycles along with an OFF period. For example:

Week 1-6 Dbol Cycle
Week 6-14 OFF (including clomid therapy)
Week 14-24 Test Cycle
Week 25-28 Post-Cycle Therapy

I have experience with both methods and have no doubt that the two cycle option will significantly outgain the one cycle option in ANY athlete.

This was one of the most popular 6 month stacks back in the 80's. (Back when the Pro's were not on gear all year around)
 
Yes, that I know! I would never advise the use of HCG to help restart one's HPTA, but only to revert any atrophy.

4545, split up the gear and go with a 2 cycle program with a bridge in the middle!
 
everyone talks about deca shutting them down. I have never really had any terrible experiences with and I seem to hold my gains from deca better than anything else. Just me though,,, maybe my body responds a little differently to it.
