How many milligrams would be needed to reach an anti-catabolic effect. Would 600-800 milligrams be sufficient? And for anyone who has bridged with eq, how well did it help to maintain size- and how much did you use.
 
600 - 800 for a bridge? Wow that seems a little high? What do you normally use for a cycle?

I am not a big fan of "bridging" but I would be curious to hear from people that have used this to bridge.
 
Eat!!!! Protien is anti catabolic!

The definition of a true bridge is to to maintain LBM, while restoring your HPTA.

You are just doing a continuing cycle. 4-800mg of EQ should maintain LBM, while you are getting ready for another big cycle.

If you want to restore your HPTA, Slin/creatine/glutamine/dextrose/whey protien isolate and a shit load of protien throughout the day should keep you from going into a catabolic state

EQ isn't a good choice for this, even a very lose dose will shut you down and you won't even notice any pros.

Go with slin, primo, var, or dbol in am.
