EQ and hunger?

Joe Stenson

New member
If EQ increases hunger, then I'll assume it's better for people that have a tougher time getting their cals in. Would it almost be pointless for someone who is already always hungry to throw EQ into a bulking cycle with some test? What I mean is this. Obviously EQ/Test is a good combo, but for someone that is already always hungry I would imagine one of two things would happen: 1) you'd be starving constantly or 2) you'd end up overeating and gain more fat than you should be. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, especially those that have used EQ in the past.

Yeah Joe, if your the type of guy that needs to fight overeating just not to get fat, EQ wont be the best idea. It will increase your hunger. You might end up with more body fat then if you something else just due to that fact.

If you are eating right, then you shouldn't put that much fat on. Have you ever used EQ b4? Not everyone experiences the hunger cravings... I never have but I keep a strict diet when I'm on (eat clean every 4-5 hours.)

What I'm saying is that, assuming one's hunger does increase when using EQ (obviously this doesn't happen to everybody), then wouldn't it be more difficult for some people (those who enjoy eating) to keep a strict diet?

Put it this way, if I need 4000 calories to bulk, and I can already easily down 4000 calories and still be hungry, then if I threw EQ into the mix I could a) keep eating 4000 calories and be even more hungry or b) give in to the increased hunger and eat 5-6K cals/day, thus leading to too much unwanted bodyfat.

I see your point. If you don't hink you can handle the hunger sides, then I'd opt against EQ. Personally, EQ is my favorite AAS. Always had great results w/it regardless of what I stacked with it. If you can handle it.. go for it. You'll never know unless you try bro!
