EQ ... 2 shots a week opposed to 3

Can you run EQ 300mgs a week and shoot 150mgs on monday, and 150mgs on thursday, or would it be better to go 100mgs, 3 times a week? If I wanted to shoot twice a week, would there be a great deal of difference as opposed to 3?

3 would give more level blood concentrations but 2 is fine. 300mg/wk eq is on the low side though.

I say bump up to at least 500...then you may want to shoot 3 times if you are using 50 mg/ml strength.

but two is fine as undecylenate is one of the longest esters.

Yeah, even if stacking w/ winny. Thats a good combo for getting shredded. Eq is relatively mild, so side effects should not be a problem. Raise the dose, especially if you are going to compete.
