how long do i run epo for? what can i do when i come off to help with the side effects? what are the sides?

How much do you weight? I would say to use it no more than 6 weeks. If have those 4000iu's then use 2 vials weekly, meaning one on monday and the other one on wednesday. Also make sure you check your blood density and hematocrit levels constantly. Also try to stay below 50% hematocrit levels, so make sure you do not go over. As far anything else, just drink a lots of water. And try to take 4 to 6 aspirines a day to help to prevent any blood clots. Do not forget to check your blood pressure everyday in the morning.
