Epidril for spot reduction

Any views on Epidril based creams for fat loss such as Cutting Gel etc and if it does work then with all that liberated fat floating around in the b stream I think the best time to apply the cream would 1/2 hour before a cardio so that the fat is used up and thereby reducing the risk of a re deposit.

I tried Cutting Gel even after reading all the negative reviews, yes I am an idiot, and it absolutely sucked. It's like coating yourself in extra thick/sticky honey that smells like burnt plastic.

I had pretty good results for yohimburn, but I was a little inconsistent in using it. Either case, I am not sure you want to just apply 1/2 hour before working out. It's not like 500 calories of fat are suddenly liberated for immediate use durring your cardio session and you would probably defeat the purpose by sweating off the product. Just use it as directed and combine with reduced total caloric intake and allow the liberated fat to get metabolized through out the day...
