Ephedrine side effects, oversensitive bladder, reversible?

The main side effect with epfedrine I experience is having an over-sensitive bladder and going to the washroom. Do you guys experience that as well and what do you guys do about it?

How often do you guys take a break from epfedrine and for how long, i.e. every 6 weeks for 1 week??

My doses are not high at all, 25mg with 200mg of caffeine before working out.
The most I have gone up to is 50mg with 400mg of caffeine, but onlly once in a while. I usually take a break every 8 weeks for 1-2 weeks. The oversensitive bladder gets better but not completely. Is this a permanent side effect or do I just need a longer break??

Thanks in advance

Well, If you only only stop taking ephedrine and still take caffiene the problem will still be there I think, atleast it was for me :) But it went away when I stopped taking both of em'.

I did continue with caffeine, so maybe it's from that.

But in any case how often and for how long do you guys take a break from ephedrine?

I think you should take a break when you notice your body adapts to it and take a month or so off to make the effects really work the next time you start it. (that's what I tend to do) :)

beta-2 agonists like ephedrine can cause prostate irritation/inflammation- this can also cause frequent urination- as well as the caffeine. aas + ephedrine can be very inflamatory to the prostate- this can be remedied by taking finasteride 5mg/day

Actually I take 1mg of Finasteride regularly for hair loss prevention.
What rest period is suggested and how often?

i would rest for as long as you have taken it (ie 4 weeks on 4off)- there are other things you can take instead that will do similar things (in terms of fat burning) and actually "wash" your downgraded beta-2 receptors- a supplement called forskolin- it is availiable in some products- i use camphobilic from usp labs. forskolin also stimulates the thyroid and is good to use after taking t-3 for extended periods of time to get the thyroid working optimally. the dose is 60-120 mg/day. also, tyrosine taken before a workout can give you an added boost also
