Ephedrine effects not strong anymore

I been taking Ephedrine HCL twice a day 25mg for 2 weeks and I am no longer really feeling it. How much should I bump it up? I already bumped caffeine up to 300mg 2 times a day but its not doing much.
 
You can take a third daily dose of 25mg - but anything more than that is pointless and irresponsible.

With chronic use, the "energy buzz" from ephedrine goes away - but the thermogenic/appetite suppression qualities should remain unchanged.
 
yeah I am only planning to use for another 12 days and then take at least 4 months off. Also I can't handle another dose or I won't sleep. I have no problems taking 25mg twice a day, except the buzz is gone, and cardio is not easy anymore.
 
I have the same problem....the effects seem to decrease pretty fast and I just take a break for awhile and start over and that seems to help
 
The general rule of thumb, when combining ephedrine with caffeine, is a 1:10 ratio, where it's 20-25mg ephedrine HCL with 200mg caffeine. As Stryc mentioned, anything over 75mg can be useless, but it has a lot to do with that person's tolerance. The FDA recommends not to surpass 100mg E-HCL daily. As caffeine is a diuretic, make sure you're drinking plenty of water daly (1+ gallons a day)

i find efedrine very effective at 50mg a day.
a higher dose just makes me feel like crap.

LOL.. no wonder.

Ive been using ephedrineHCL for 10 years... ONLY on my days on and only once an hour before I train... and two 25mg tabs still get my going like I was a virgin.



Me thinks you just been taking too much.
