If you just want to get jacked before lifting, try one or both of those.

I don't think it's bad either, actually helps with my phlegm as it is an expectorant.

I purchased the AMP 02 from Omega... I like it a lot BUT if fucking Destroys my stomach... For whatever reason it gives me really bad reflux if I dont take it pretty close to a meal. I have tried more water and eating just something small with it, but i really need a good amount of food to do a full dosage (approx 9 pills for me) usually i end up just eating a piece of bread and fewer pills (6/7 usually)

Been using them for the past 10 years or more and have always worked like a charm for me.

Amplify02-xt beats Ephedrine in terms of the focus it gives, and the fact that there is NO crash.
