I dont think it will Kill you like They say if used Responsibly.But If you can do it without , it would be better for you in the long run.Thats my opinion.Cardio.

i plan on keeping it 2 caps a day for a total of 48 MG's... but...

watching the game today i got up and started yelling and my body went numb, got somewhat dizzy too... now, i havent taken ephedra in 3 years so i'm hoping this was just something else... it has happened before watching the game... maybe just due to sitting there and then jumping up and going nuts???

I loved ephedra. Thanks to overweight fat fucks like Corey Stringer who took it while doing triple sessions at 100 degree heat and not drinking water...It's now banned.
