Ephedra legal again?

Has anyone else heard anything about this. I heard something on the news but didnt have time to stay and watch it all. I also heard someone tlaking about how they were gonna put it back on the shelves.

It has been overturned by a judge, however, it still has to get FDA approval.

I read that the Ephedra ban has been overturned by a judge as they banned it as a drug incorrectly -- should have been classified as a food...... The company said they weren't sure if they'd start selling it again tho....
