EPHEDRA...how much is enough?

I am looking to take ephedra with 25mg to start. IS this safe and when do I increase and by how much. I am 5'7 weighing in at 146.

personally I like to start with less and then ramp up slowly making sure my heart and such is ok. otherwise I'm wired and feeling all out of whack.... and it can be a bit addictive........
