Ephedra Free nonsense

Sorry guys I did do some searching but keep coming up with threads from 2001/2002.

I have been away from all the boards for a long time. Not to date myself but I was there when Adam Ramsay World's Strongest Teen first hit the scene LOL again sorry to bring up such topics.

All I want to know is what are the best over the counter supps for diet these days now that everything seems to be ephedra free.

second question:
I have a few bottles of the old Xenadrine RFA-1 with the Ma Huang 335mg the stuff has an best before date of 1/05....would you toss it or take it?

In canada we always had 2 versions of the xenadrine,,,,american and canadian so this one is american

Take it. My guess is that it will still be dosed around 335mg with this expiry
