ephedra ban reversed

My cousin was actually the attorney that lost the original case by the makers of Stacker 2, but told me that the whole verdict was bullshit, was nervious about the appeal but won 
.
He said that this verdict will probably be appealled once again, so dont hold your breathe on Ephedra products on the market this week. They cannot prove any detrimental effects from ephedra on the long term studies they used for the case, but the original judge still ruled against Stacker. It was just time before it was appealled. Hopefully this ban will not stay in limbo for the whole time before the next appeal, so we can stack up on some products.
Xendarine anyone? Anyway, I am also in lawschool, and its kinda cool being so close to the case. Thank god we lifters won this appeal and thanks for Stacker for spending multiple millions of $$$.
