Just talked to a guy the other day at GNC and he said it is leagal again, but the insurance is high. Nobody wants to take the risk. That is why it is not on the shelves again. Made sense to me.

No one will make a "hydroxycut" or "Stacker" product again like bixnij6 said, but it is available elsewhere. Yes it is "unbanned", look on ebay or froogle, alot of stores are selling their old stockpiles. Stock up before its all gone, it wont take long!

Judge Tina Campbell, who overthrew the ban was for a product made by Nutracueticals(Utah based). Thier product only had 10mg of ephedra and it was allowed to stay on the shelf. There are online companies trying to sell thier stock of products which contain up to 25 mg. Judge Campbell asked the FDA to review their desicion to see if lower dosage(10mg or less) would be safe for the public. The old stackers are very easy to find. Just secure me for hints.
