Ok who makes this stuff and how much do you guys pay for it here in the UK. I don`t think they get it in the U.S.

A little known fact, is that you can buy Ephedrine HCL (the only effective kind) from all UK chemists. It's called Chest-Eeze. It contains 18mg of eph hcl. It also contains other thermogenic goodies like theophylline and caffeine. It is available over the counter - but they will not sell to you if you look like you are going to abuse it... therefore, you have a cold. A bad bad cold.

BUT please don't abuse this stuff. I repeat - don't stay on ephedrine/caffeine for extended periods. I am very wary of ephedrine and other stimulants. I think they are a bad idea (personnally).

Don't stay on them forever... and buy yourself some extra b-vits and inositol - because the ephedrine and caffeine destroys them.

Unofficially its Vitamin B8. It is the most important vitamin in the body - which is why I rave about it... and you can get it from health shops... and large doses make you feel happy!!!
