I think its just herbal Viagra, but I have no idea if it works. Its not going to make your cock bigger, but thats not what it claims, just increased blood flow. Unless you don't have insurance, seem pointless.

I read a medical article, and I tried to find it but I couldn't, it basically stated that there is no way that this stuff could work in the manner in which they claim, they may not say it makes your diz bigger, but it is definatley implied
