I just saw a commercial for this on tv and I remember hearing about this in a marketing class in college 2 years ago. It's being sold in just about every grocery store here in Chicago, but you can order it online.
Enova oil.-Oil that's just burned off as fat. Their website www.enovaoil.com. It also says that it's been the number one selling oil in Japan since 1999 (I also remember that being mentioned).
Just thought I'd put this out there for those that are missing fried food.
