Due to it being mainly a flame fest i thought i would post seperately as IMHO it serves for good advice and a reality check that we all need sometimes:

My view is this that we can discuss the right time to take AAS for years but the main factors really are if you think your ready in terms of physique and also knowledge as at the end of the day you are an adult and can and will make your own decisions in life so will not enter into the debate if I personally think it is the right or wrong time.

Factors to consider and this is probably the most important: AAS are NOT muscle in an amp or tablet / capsule. Unless you have some knowledge and the far more important factor relating to muscle growth / toning in place they will simply be a waste of money and damaging to your health.

AAS do compliment the basic factors but do NOT substitute its that simple I am afraid.

Now genetic do play a large part but lets skip them for now and IMHO the list in order of preference (remember these are my thoughts that seem to influence me reaching my annual goals and maybe different order for others but generally correct).

Note we have omitted genetics

Diet – unless clean, and calculated in terms of protein, calorie intake etc you will not grow.

Rest – if you do not take enough time for your body to rest and grow all your training etc will be counter productive. An old saying is that you grow in your sleep not the gym

Training – this has to be regular, focussed, attack all the body with additional attention to parts that require it and structured to ensure you do not over train (as bad as under training if not worse).

AAS – these will compliment the above ONLY not substitute. Also not everything works for everyone and requires knowledge of what you are taking and how to take. You have to be aware of possible sides so as to counter act and also how you should adjust diet and training to get maximum effect.

PCT – get this wrong and then not really worth going through the pain of above as you will lose the race on the last lap.

All of the above require knowledge and experience of your own body. Now you only get experience by doing I hear you say which is true but knowledge through research assists this greatly but you must listen to your body and establish what works for you.

Now what prompted me to write this reply was I read where you said

‘’ am off 2 the main man whos gona sort me them out in about 6 weeks ive up my training and sorting my diet out and i am going to have to inject some of this stuff as he says and u lot say it just takes about 100 times told 2 inject 2 inject them lol’’

I am not sure who this ‘’main man’’ is but I am sure he will not sort all the above out for you. No one can do it for you its something you need to do yourself. In fact I suspect your ‘’main man’’ is someone in a gym selling gear and his priority is to make money from you not assist your goals.

There is no such cycle that you offer a picture of who you want to look like and take 3 tabs a day plus 1 glute shot a week and hey presto next time in front of the mirror you have achieved your goal. Trust me I wish there was but it takes time and hard work to get there and even then your genetics may prevent it.

My advice for what its worth is read and learn. Sort diet and training and study each AAS compound. You will get results immediately but strict diet and training and then you can compliment with AAS.

Its up to you if you choose to listen as I see you have been flamed so much but if you choose to let your main man inject you with whatever and do not reach your goals (which I guarantee) then please start again and do it properly there are no short cuts in this game
