Hey guys I'm starting to workout I've made a program of lifting 3 days a week with cardio on the day in between with one day of rest. I am looking for something to give me the energy to actually stick with it I already take a bunch of vitamins like B complex and multi, C, fish oil, and a few others. My diet might not be the best but i try to get plenty of meat and some vegies. If any one had some food pointers that would help too but i'm mostly looking for a strong stimulant to get me going. There are so many out there and i want one that actually works that wont kill my bank account.
