I have been dieting for 6 weeks or so now and to help with the energy drain I have come up with the following tea blend.
Makes 2 quarts, last about a week or so.
1 Box of Green Tea. (20 brew packs)
5 packs of Echinacia Tea
(Liquid Extracts)
4 grams of Siberian Ginseng Extract
2 Grams of Ginger Extract
2 Grams of Cats Claw Extract
4 Lemons
1 Table Spoon of Carao
Powders
2 Grams of Arginine
2 Grams of DL-Phenylalanine.
Splenda for taste.
This actually keeps my energy level up better than coffee.
I buy extracts at a local health food co-op and I buy raw powders from beyond a century. (Thanks to TheMachine)
