endurance enhancing

AT my knowledge EPO is unique in its way of working, but while using clen/anavar I was a bit more stronger and had more endurance.

I'd listen to FREAK here on this.......I have friends who also claim that an Anavar/Winstrol cycle helped out greatly

epo is what makes your body produce more red blood cells. red blood cells are what carry oxygen - with more of them, you can work harder before you start breathing harder.
it used to be impossible to test for since your body makes its own, but now they have a test.
and now there is stuff out there that does the same, but there is no test for... yet.

but they are all dangerous in that if you have more red blood cells running around, then your blood is thicker. if it is thicker then you get more swirling aroudn and red cells bumping into each other and the arterial walls. you body might mistake this for trauma and induce clotting there. the clot can then end up in your heart or your brain where upon you have either a heart attack or a stroke.

because of that, many pro cyclists when on it don't even go a full night with sleep, when you are in one position, that encourages blood pooling and that increases the clotting chance.
so the coaches will frequently wake them up and have them walk around, then go back to bed. doing this every few hours.
also on planes they won't sit for very long since the knees, ass, and feet pool blood, whereas walking around gets it all going again.

test, anavar, and deca - and likely more - all raise your red cell (and platelet count - platelets are what are used in clotting) count

I noticed that Winstrol and clen had good affects on my endurance, maybe cause I didn't fell any painorwas jacked up all the time but either way it helped a lot, it took me two weeks from 1 mile every third day to 5 every other day.

HappyScrappy-
You are one informed MoFo!!! While at a World Cup MTBike race this year I gotten woken up in the middle of the night by some dude running up and down the hall at 3am. It was a pro racer (I do road racing I was there hanging out w/some offroad bros, but recognized him from magazines, anyway...) running up and down the hall and stairs! What the fuck! This guy should have been sleeping because he had a huge race the next day. My pro offroad buddy told me he was probably using EPO and if your heart rate gets to low you have to stimulate it. Riders who use EPO wear heart rate monitors while they sleep. HRMs have settable alarms and you can set on to go off if your HR gets too low!

I've heard Equipose and Anavar stimulate RBC production. EPO is still the gold standard-it works great. My doc has a few patients who need it and he says the effect is amazing. Here are some other drugs and substances that increase oxygen in blood, but they don't work as well, however they are gaining popularity in sports:

Hemasist-HemAssist is diaspirin crosslinked hemoglobin (i.e., you're adding hemoglobin directly to the blood stream). It has been in clinical trials in Europe since mid-1995, but may have been withdrawn from the European market due to lack of efficacy. IT didn't make it thru some US trials. It is used in extreme trauma cases and supposedly has to be stored at -60 degrees C!!

PFC-Perfluorocarbon (PFC) emulsions are infusion gas-transporting media and are usually called the artificial blood or plastic heoglobin. It can help providing oxygene to tissues under surgery. Pulmonary side effects, however were observed in the first American patient receiving it. It seems that "complement activation" is the problem (sorry-cut/pasted this part-what is "complement activation"?). Continuous use of PFC has side effects like embolisms (blood clots). PFC can probably be detected by mass spectrometry, if the method is sensitive enough. In 1998 a pro cyclist was forced to quit a major race w/gastroenteritis (he actually collapsed during the race. It was later alleged that he used PFC. He spent 2 weeks in a hospital (several days in intensive care) and nearly died.

RSR-13-still undergoing experimental trials for legitimate uses in cancer therapy. It is expected to be released on the commercial market in 2007. An allotropic haemoglobin modifier, RSR-13 works by forcing the blood's haemoglobin to release more of the oxygen it carries, unlike EPO which increases the blood's oxygen-carrying capacity.

Thanks to cyclingnews.com for much of the above info.

Oh yeah-I suggest avoiding all these drugs (except maybe EPO)-the above 3 are very very nasty. My .02!

Iron supps can help too. But don't take too much, otherwise you'll be prone to infection. By the way, Anavar is definetly helping with my endurance.
