Thanks, GL! Things are going great! Work is going my way (for a change). Workouts are going good as well as poundages are increases and family is good too. I'm trying to find a good getaway with wifey for the next little while.

FChick and I seem to be on speaking terms again after she professed her undying love for me and I rejected her because I was married. Damn though, Feisty and CW did it last week. I don't know what they put into the drinking water over there.
