End of week 2 on CKD.

Lost 10 lbs. Ive went from 175 to 165.

Lost a little over an inch in the waist.

Im noticeably leaner.

Im going to go get my body fat tested at the gym.

Once I hit 12%, going to try yohimburn.

Goal is to hit at least 10%.
 
nice man, im on a high protein low carb diet right now, lost 2 pounds in a day, not just water weight either since i drinkn up to 2 gallons of water a day, never less than a gallon. overall i went from 250 to 213. still droppin fat too.

Cool bro, thanks! I just wanted an idea, I'm about to start a TKD (yet again).
 
Ive found that to actually lose more weight on CKD, the more water you drink, the easier it is to lose the weight. I was trying it at one gallon of water a day and upped it to 1.5 gallons and noticed the weight coming off faster. Just a thought.
 
yea Slugfast i noticed that too. I started at 1 gallon a day, and since Im bigger than the average person i figured i should up it to 1.5 or 2 gallons, and the weight just started dumpin off. i lost 3 pounds in one day. the scale said 4 at first but then i rehydrated myself completely
 
Jerkbox, the first 7 days are always the worst... If it wasn't for ECA I dont think I could handle the lethargy of the first week. And even weirder is that once the carb up day came for me (the 1st one in week 2), I couldn't imagine eating 500 grams carbs, I actually felt like purging myself several times after keeping carbs down at 1800 for 2 weeks.

What's keto milk? Where do you buy it?

I've been CKDing for about a month now. I've dropped around 6% bodyfat, but the scale has me up 5 lbs. Stick with the diet, bud...it's all worth it in the end.
 
hows the strenght loss been? im thinking of going CKD if the diet im on now isnt enough to shed those last few pounds
 
My strength has gone down but nothing too drastic.

Anyway Im not worried about strength so it doesnt really apply to me.

Six defined abs is my goal.
 
for strenght loss, I would assume if you drop maybe 5 lbs in a Curl, and just do more reps at the lower weight, your losses shouldn't be too drastic as long as you are doing more reps at the lower weight, but I never actually did a CKD after a Bulking Phase before, just ran one to lose some fat, then bulked again.
 
just wanted to throw my hat in too--im on day 3 of CKD--i was f***ing exhausted and clouded yesterday even on ECA, feeling much better today--i did get a decent workout in yesterday though, im attributing that to the ph cycle i started in conjunction with this diet. feeling better today.
 
great post by the way brotha, I was curious, how do you incorporate your workouts in relation the meals? And what are the amounts of these foods you eat on a daily basis, in order to stay in ketosis?

Also, what do you eat on you carb up day? Thanks in advance.

I carb up on Saturday, and workout on Monday(upperbody) and Tuesday-(legs)

Wed and Thursday is cardio.

I usually workout about 1 hour after the last meal I ate.(If I ate at 5, I would workout at 6) etc.

I take those foods divide them into 400 cal portions and I eat 5 of them(meals)
