End of third week! CYP/Deca

I am currently running 200mg Deca and 250mg Cyp EW. I fronloaded the cyp, and today was the last day of my third week.

I started my cycle at 25% BF so I thought that I would actually lose some weight since I had plenty of bodyfat to lose. I have been eating very clean but to my surprise I have gained 9lbs. I measured my body fat today thinking it would be higher but it came back at 22%!

So far my bench has gone up 45lbs, and all my other lifts are slowly increasing as well. Today was definately the first day when I felt the AAS's "kick in." I felt like never before today at the gym. Every weight I picked up felt really light!

So... I am starting really hate the scale. Being that I have always been on the heavy side, I have been used to hoping weight goes down. Now weight is goin up but bodyfat is going down!

I am taking pics every week and so far you cant really notice a difference between them but when they start getting better I will post some pics....

Just wanted to share my experience thus far
 
wait till the water leaves at the end of the cycle.......you will feel bigger but be smaller in bf.
 
Awesome bro! Keep up the clean diet and you should have some very promising gains! Don't sweat the scale.. in fact.. don't even use it.. go by how you look and feel every day. It's far more accurate. What kind of bodyfat measurer were you using? Bioelectrical Impedance? If so.. the 3% drop in bodyfat is likely due to the increase in water retention. More water = more electrical conductivity = a lower fat reading. Just a thought for ya. Good job!!
 
It sure was done through Bioelectrical Impedance. I guess that explains the 3% dropand my waist staying the same (inches). I also have some calipers here, do you think this would be more accurate?

I am just trying realy hard not to gain any bodyfat. I am even doing cardio about 4xweek for 30-40 min.

Either way, love the feeling I had at the gym today... AMAZING!
 
Don't bother worrying about fat measurements right now. You shouldn't really do them every week anyway. The changes will be so small that you might get discouraged. It will be hard for you to check bodyfat regardless of which anthropometric method you use. BIA will be skewed due to the water retention, and skinfolds won't be quite right for the same reason. Like boss said.. just wait till the end of the cycle to worry about bf. Enjoy the pumps and muscle gains for now!
 
That's probbly a good idea. Weighing myself and boyfat measurements tend to discourage me when they are not what I hope for and doing them every couple of days is probably not a good idea either....

I guess if I keep eating clean and keep up the cardio, I shouldnt gain much fat, if any....
 
Exactly. Eat clean, workout hard, and rest easy. Follow these simple guidelines and you'll be astonished at the end of your cycle.
 
Aleave, Why don't you take an ECA stack or something stronger to try and help you reduce your fat while on cycle. If you don't like the water weight then try taking one lasixs pill EOD if not ED. Just my thoughts
 
Im actually very sensitive to ephedrine so I cant take an ECA stack. I used to do ok with the herbal form at low dosages but a few years ago I tried 25mg of the actual drug and it made me anxious, w/ tremors and shit. Since then I have sterred clear of stimulants....

Ive actually been consdiering the trex/liprox combo but It hink I willl probably even be sensitive to the trex....

Either way, I will try to keep diet clean like I have been doing,,,,

IMO, I don't agree with adding lasix to the mix. Lasix is dangerous if not used properly. Anti-e's would be better at reducing water retention.
