Enanthate and Cypionate

For a male, what are the advantages/disadvantages to using 200mg of Cypionate and 200mg of Enanthate compared to just 400mg of cyp or 400mg of enanthate? I believe Test is Test is Test but does anyone see any good/bad things about putting both esthers into a cycle? :)

They are the same thing except for one molecule, they are identical for bodybuilding purposes.

there are identical except for the ester attached to them, the ester slows down the action the the molecule ist attached to (time release mechanism, if you will), once the ester is cleaved of the molecule you are left with pure testosterone in both cases

I was under the impression that the only difference was the injection times. Outcome is similar as far as results but cypionate required fewer injections and was easier to maintain in the blood. Reffering to the comment made by Serge, i.e. time release.

For all intents and purposes those two are identical. Cypionate is the US's answer to Europe's Enanthate. No difference between the two.

cyp has a slightly longer half-life than enathate, but b/c the enathate ester is lighter, 200mg of enathate has more actual test than 200mg of cyp

For all practical purposes though they're almost identical.

I think they are the same. all the "old school" guys I know swear up and down that Cyp causes much much more water retention than enanthate though. even if this is true, with letrozole or armidex this shouldn't even be an issue. i think the difference they are seeing is that their cyp is most often human grade upjohn, and their enanthate under-dosed t-200....they are simply getting less test from the T-200, and thus less water retention.

i really dont think there is much of a difference.....but i would rather use one compound.
