Empty vials of Gear

Recently, I recieved a vial of Tri-Testosterone from Signature pharmacy in Orlando and it was empty with a sealed top. This is the second time in one year that this has happened. Personally I think this is very shady. Has anyone ever had this happen to them. The bottle was totally seeled with no medication in it. Whats up with that, and how can this happen?????

im guessing this is a hrt clinic
if so cant you send it back or something???
if its sealed they should replace right?

Yes, they are going to replace it. I'm just wondering how this is overlooked and it does not give me a good impression of their pharmacy....
