email , i cant use it

why cant i use my email , i put in my name and it brings me to a screen to move the mouse around to encype keys and after that it does nothing

Just follow the directions and you'll be back up and running......probably without all your old emails though

there is a little dashed "progress bar" under the box where you move the mouse. You need to keep moving the mouse until the "progress bar" is filled up and then you will automatically proceed to the next step.

I have all my old email now !!!! Its working for me!

i did everthing you said and it just pauses with no response after you do that move the mouse thingy
