Elitemail Account Still Won't Migrate!

I have been getting the same error message since Friday and have received NO help from tech support after sending them several emails.

Here is what comes up in the results box:
Attempting to upgrade key record.
If you experience difficulties, email this data to support.
Old private alias: ........................................................
Private key lookup on old private alias failed.
Will try new private alias.
Private key has been upgraded. Checking to make sure public key has.
Public key not yet upgraded. Fatal error!
Fatal error!
hushclone.java.security.KeyStoreException: No public key found.


HOW CAN I GET THIS FIXED?
Has anyone else had this problem????
