2 much negativity of the board these days, this should be a place for fun, fitness insite and a good laugh...just wanted to take a little time to post some thoughts on some members that i really respect and enjoy chatting with.



Frackal-helped me get through a tough sit., with the ex

Pink233-it's been great getting to know you, i respect you as much for your fitness work, as I do for your great morals in life and intelligent thoughts.

Lillady- You make me laugh and smile, which is always a good thing

Saint- just a stand up guy, deserves nothing but good karma in life

Mag- enjoys much of the same pleasures in life as I do...SF baby

Boach- you got my back, which means alot

Smalls- we don't always see eye to eye, but its cool, i respect your friend ship

Nightfly- wish you nothing but bliss in you new relationship, he looks like a winner

Riskyb- Helps me out will all types of info on the Supp. board

Little flex- My training partner in real life, give me 5 more reps its all about the intensity

Havoc- your acomplishments in BB and outlook in life are an insperation, very cool

Bmomma- We never chat, but I enjoy your stories that you post, truely gifted

Wodin- Great sense of humor for an older gentleman

Phatchick- if you don't know she is one of the sweetest on elite

Austin- this boys going to be something in this sport, that fina don't hurt either.

PKiller- just started chatting with you recently, but your a fellow PT and have good insite.

Bouncer- A good irish man, family man solid human being

Nordstrom- haha, your crazy at times, but i enjoy the chats we have

Dballer- you have always been a stand up guy with me

Kayne- always keeps it real

PChamp- keep hitting those weights, fuck the job get huge

Sponge- don't see enough of you these day, always my bro on here

Cornh- going to be one of the best mods on here

Toga- amazing results as far as fitness goes and a real good person

Taps- the late night chats, by the way ladies of elite he loves you all

I do not know that many people on this board, but everybody who I have talked with has taught me something, made me laugh, or made me think. All of which are equal.
