Elite Mail encrypted?????

I've always gotten the "Message will not be encrypted. Send anyway?" message when emailing a non-secure address, like hotmail. But now I get it even when I send a message to [email protected].

Anyone know what's up?

I get that sometimes, not quite sure what it is... I've been told you are still safe even if you get that message, asl ong as the receiver is on secure mail as well..
