Lately I have been having some pain on the interior side of my elbow. This is the most prevelent when doing bicept exercises especially curls, preacher curls, hammers.
It has been tolerable, but I am afraid that I am esaserbating it with continueing to work out. I particularly notice it not so much when I work out, but after when I try to pick up my son or even help someone with a spot benching.
Not really like the tennis elbow I had before. Anyone else experience it? What did you do to help?
