Either T-rex or Y-ES??

I can only get a twin pack of YES , or i can get the 180 ct. of T-rex... which would you guys suggest is the better product?

What are your goals? If you have some problem fat areas and you're fairly lean then Yohimburn ES. If you're trying to drop 10-15 pounds then Trex.

180ct should last a couple months for most people. If you have a good tolerance for it and can use it full strength then one month.

awesome , i did order some, but there was an ERROR with my CC... my available balance is low when i have way more than the price for T-rex in there... oh well... ill order tomorrow or monday. Def gonna get it.

how would u guys recommend taking t-rex and Y-es ? i bought the combo from the AF store, I dont know if i should wait on using both at once.. or should i go trex first then y-es... let me know what you guys think...

For 10 pounds you should use them together. Start Trex for a week by itself just so you can get used to it. Then add the YES.

should i take trex like 1-2 hours before my workout? or just space it out evenly twice a day. (once i get acclimated to the effects)

take it like every 4-5 hrs until youre used to it, then u can get down to maybe every 2 hrs. Some take 2 at a time, but that makes me feel like a retard on cocaine, if not worse.

That's good actually. That usually means you can tolerate it well. Tomorrow take one and one more about 2 hours later and progress.
