Ehpedra Free ECA stacks

Does anyone know how well the ephedra free ECA stacks work? Just curious I hate that jittery feeling.

ive been on system 7 which is efedra free and it works great i mean im not losing tons of weight by my energy is up and my workouts are better , been on for 10 days now lost 4 lbs with no change in diet or ex.

Didn't hydroxycut change their formula and take out the ephedra? I thought I heard something about that...maybe not.

An ECA stack is technically not ECA if there is no ephedrine. Hence the E of the ECA.
