Eggs at Night

I heard its really bad to eat eggs at night....is this true and if so, how late should i cut myself off from egg usage, assuming i go to bed at 2am.
 
Actually, eggs are one of the best things that you can eat before bed--I eat them almost every night whether bulking or cutting. They've go lots of slow absorbing high quality protein and if you throw in a couple yolks they're a good source of cholesterol which will aid in hormone production as you sleep.
