Egg white protein...Mr X?

Mr X...I've seen you suggest egg white protein many times. Could you tell us more about why you prefer it (I know that a lot of guys on here just do whey/casein blends for meal replacement)? I love proteinfactory and I'm thinking of increasing the amount of egg white in my blend. I'm not concerned about price...only quality.

Here is what my current blend looks like:

15% CFM Whey Isolate
15% Egg White Protein
40% Membrane Micellar Casein
10% Milk Protein Isolate
15% Whole Organic Egg
5% Glutamine Peptides

Any suggestions to improve this? By the way, my PWO is CFM whey isolate and 50/50 dextrose and maltodextrin...
 
Ok...I think I found my answer. I'll post this if anyone is curious:

"Better quality, better amino absorption....whey can be used as glucose by the body at almost a 50-54% rate, the great Dan Duchaine always preached egg whites as always, the man was a genius.

I guess I'll try a blend that is mostly egg and see how I like it. :)
