I eat about 6 eggs a day.
5 whites and one whole for flavoring.
I would love to eat 12 whites only instead but, can't pallet the taste. Anyway to prepare eggwhites? Cutting out that whole egg and adding 6 more would be more would make a longer lasting meal since it will ahve more volume, better for while watching TV
