He was most likely one of the ones that had their accounts disabled unless we renewed our platinum accounts due to us not being charged. I never received anything stating that there was a problem charging my account or I would have fixed it. I honestly never check to see what is charged and what isn't charged on my cc statements. I only check to make sure the balance isn't much higher than the previous month. So instead of them notifying me that I wasn't being charged, they disable my account. By the time they did this. I had no space left on my cards b/c I had to use them when we had no money. Also instead of just disabling my platinum features, they disable the entire account. Pretty fucking lousy
