Right now I get about 28g of EFA's a day(2 servings of flax seed oil). Is this too much, not enough, or right on?
I have begun using natural peanut, and was wondering if my EFA intake was high enough where I didn't need anymore fat or if I should also eat a serving of natural peanut butter a day(1 serving=2 tablespoons, @ 22g of fat). Thanks for any replies.
