EF email account!!

ive got the same problem

I was told to contact chris....but he referred me to the help page...which did absolutely squat for fixing it....still cant get in....:mad:
 
Bump- this is really becoming a problem not being able to get to my account. Can someone check this out please.

emailing EFChris won't get you anything. I just have to wait sometimes and it'll come up. Usually an applet thing I have to agree to, then it comes up. Maybe you're not waiting long enough. I wasn't.
 
Are you using the older version of netscape becaus eI can't use my EF acount fromthe older version of Netscape
 
EF Mail is using an applet to run so it could be a setting on your browser. If you use IE try downloading Netscape and trying that or update your IE browser or just change some configs. Might work.
 
I CAN NOT GET MINE TO WORK EITHER, JUST A GRAY SCREEN. I HAVE THE LATEST VERSION OF NETSCAPE AND INTERNET EXPLORER RUNING. I EMAILED CHRIS AND SAME THING, I WAS SENT TO THE HELP PAGE, REALLY SUCKS BROTHER. I WILL KEEP TRYING IT EVERYDAY.

wish someone would look into it.....its becoming a problem for many.
 
If your have aol it will not work. Other than that, I had problems with it until I got a DSL line and now I never have any problems.

the browser isnt the problem

I can access it from work fine.....just not from home...and the browser i use at work is an older version.

Chris has always been helpful.... i suggest emailing him again and tell him you need to get in there.

Delete all your cookies and temp files. Also try deleting the hush applet to see if it's messed up. Hell even delete the java VM and let it reinstall if you have to
 
This is how I fixed my acct

I got to thinking that there had to be something that was deleted or changed that caused the screw up in my acct. So I restored my my system to a date in the past when my acct was working properly. And now its working fine.

Its just a guess but those that are having problems....have deleted cookies and/or temporary files that caused the screw up. If you restore your system....it should work fine.
