Before you waste a mod's time trying to get your login fixed or a billing issue straightened out, etc, here's who you contact.

Digger or any ELITE MOD if someone needs to be banned.
Any changes digger makes to your membership (other than banning you) will last only until the billing program -- that's run by EF Frank, remember? -- overrides it. So don't waste your time asking digger to fix your Plat; it won't stay fixed unless EF Frank fixes it.
Mods can't fix your billing problems or your login. PMing a mod will just mean a delay while they forward it to the guy you should have sent it to.
Sending a PM to EF Frank is acceptable but it's really a poor second to using the support page. Why? Because it's his job to read the SUPPORT PAGE all day every day, not to hang out reading the boards.
That means posting a thread about your problem here on the board does not even f---ing BEGIN to qualify as filing a "support request."
