ECA, Xenadrine, Chromium

Does anybody know if ECA, Xenadrine and/or chromium can have any adverse effects?

What I'm most concerned with is gaining back more weight after taking any of these. Would that happen even if I maintained my 3 day lifting routine, with 2-3 days of cardio, and a sensible diet?

if you mantain the diet and cardio.....you might gain a little back but that will just be water because the eca stack will make you sweat like a pig so you'll loose a good bit of water. As for the chromium.....it won't do anything......all chromium really does it decrease insulin sensitvity so you won't be storing any fat as you workout or do cardio. I'd suggest throwing some L-carnatine into the mix.....that is the amino acid which actually moves the fat into the cell for enery.
 
chromium decreases insuline sensitivity? Got a link to that study i would like to know more about chromium.

I thought that is was a factor which was used in liposis and that was the use of taking it when cutting. (argh my english sucked but im to lazy to correct it :D)
 
I thought chromium picolinate was BS:mad:

actually if you read the first exert you see that anthrax is right and chromiun is bs. The second is a "article" by a supp manufacturer so its motifs may be questioned.
