ECA Withdrawl: due to E, C, or both?

What is the major cause of the headaches and fatigue upon sudden withdrawl? The Ephidrene or the Caffine? If it's just the coffee, could I drop the ECA cold-turkey and switch to NYC without feeling significant sides? I just want to get some type of stimulation so I can finish a Usnic Acid cycle without getting fired for sleeping on the job.

Did Lipokinetix provide a stimulant effect to those who used it? I still some Adipokinetix left and in conjunction with Usnic, I should be able to replicate Lipo's effects? Right? Yeah, I know I'm missing the T2, but from reading these boards, it seems that the Usnic was what made Lipokinetix super-duper.

Thoughts?
 
The fatigue and headaches are prob from the caffeine withdrawl(not coffee??). To fix that you could just taper off ECA's instead of just stopping...or have like a ABB turbo tea or something with a moderate ammount for a week and then stop from thre.
 
Coming off ECA's

I have found it helps me with withdrawal by only using them for a workout boost, as opposed to throughout the day. I recently switched to NYC to help, and everything went good. I think it may be due to NYC's lesser effect on your CNS.
 
no ECA today, only NYC and everything feels okay.

Thanks for the replies. This morning instead of ECA, I took NYC and so far, so good: no headache. It seems to last longer too since I needed to take the ECA every few hours so I wouldn't pass out. As sson as I reach my fat loss goals, I'll taper off the ECA.....I read studies which stated that with chronic ECA use, the stimulation effects diminished, but the fat burning effects actually increased, that's why I haven't cycled off the ECA yet. Any body know the science behind it or experience with chronic ECA use? Thanks again.
