eca vs. ala for fat loss

forgot to include that currently am on
400mg/week equipoise,
250mg/week test,
75mg fina ed
50mg zambon winni ed
 
Both ALA and ECA work in different ways. With ECA it's going to increase your metabolism by about 3%. With ALA it allows more Carbs to used in the cell. So less is let over to be stored. If I were you I would use ECA everyday and then supplement with ALA when you eat a meal med/high in Carbs.

i understand that they work completely differently, and my question was which one would be a better tool in aiding in fat loss?
 
Hey man, It really all depends on what you want to do...I'd go with ALA if that's all you can afford...I'm a college guy too and I know money's tight...ECA will help you burn fat, but since you're on gear and obviously already training you probably want to go with the ALA because like briweve said it leaves less to be stored as fat and that can be easily burned off. Also the ALA leaves your muscles feeling a lot fuller and tighter. I love the shit, I'm using it with my NYC + Forskohlii stack at 1200 mg/day. Anyway, good luck man, Train hard!!
