Hey man, It really all depends on what you want to do...I'd go with ALA if that's all you can afford...I'm a college guy too and I know money's tight...ECA will help you burn fat, but since you're on gear and obviously already training you probably want to go with the ALA because like briweve said it leaves less to be stored as fat and that can be easily burned off. Also the ALA leaves your muscles feeling a lot fuller and tighter. I love the shit, I'm using it with my NYC + Forskohlii stack at 1200 mg/day. Anyway, good luck man, Train hard!!
