I'm approaching my 3rd week on an Ephedrine/Caffeine stack, and I'm thinking the effects are waning some, because I definitely feel less of the effects. I have another 3-4 weeks on this cutting cycle and I'm looking for something different (and legal) to aid fat burning other than an ephedra/caffeine combo.

Also I was considering trying some Yohimbine for the last couple of weeks to get rid of those stubborn spots. Any input from experience?
 
Nicotine gum/patch at 10-14mg per day. Seems to be very effective for me and others. It reduces appetite and perhaps helps users to maintain lean mass more easily due to it's "leptin-like" effects (perhaps by directly increasing leptin and/or hormones associated with leptin). It also stimulates fatty-acid mobilization/metabolism due to it's CNS stimulating properties. Good stuff.
 
I have used oral yohimbine in the morning on an empty stomach pre-cardio. It can be used with EC or just C (at least use C). Oral yohimbine increases insulin secretion when carbs are ingested, So Don't eat carbs for 3-4 hours after ingestion, and then make your first carb meal very low-GI.
 
That nicotine gum/patch sounds very intriguing, but isn't it expensive? Can I combine it with other things like caffeine, etc?

I think you can order it off of the internet fairly cheaply. You can combine it with basically anything you desire. The effects seem to be additive when it is combined with EC or C.

Some people say they get edgy from nicotine, but I think they just haven't used enough EC for their own good. Addiction would be something to look out for. I have no cravings, but I have never been addicted to anything, and anything = a lot of recreational substances that I have tried. I have heard 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, though I am nearing the end of my 2nd week of 3. I will take 2-3 weeks off after that to avoid addiction. Remeber that this is low-dose and is what smokers use to *quit* smoking.

I used 5 2mg pieces per day for week one and am now using 6 2mg pieces per day.
 
I don't get edgy from EC so I'm not too concerned with the nicotine effects. I used to be a smoker so maybe it'll be like riding a bike:p

I'll give it a shot for 2-3 weeks. I can't imagine I would become seriously addicted within that amount of time, and it can't possibly be as tough as quitting smoking cold turkey. Any brands you recommend?

I am using Nicorette. I would just go with the cheapest. Flavored nicotine gum is a scam --- it tastes like ass after a while anyway and you'll get used to it.
