what are the dosages and how times a day do u take it? i ythink its three times a day but not sure and im not sure wat dosages of each are required, how would u incorporate clen in this and at what dosages ive heard use the eca for two weeks and then just the clen for two weeks like that but i need clarification on this thanks

i've never gone over 100mg/day of ephedrine. this is the way i've done it:

25mgEphedrineHCL, 200mgCaffeine & 150mg aspirin

i started at once a day and every week i would add another dose to my schedule...until i was taking it 4Xday. i take it 4 weeks at a time.

i'm not saying that this is the way everybody else uses it but it's the way that works for me.

Aspirin is useless.

I do it this way:
Day 1: 2 a day
2: 2 a day
3: 3 a day
4: 3 a day
5: 4 a day
6: 4 a day till day 14

I can handle such quick increases pretty well, though others might have to take it easy.

Yeah, aspirin really isn't necessary, but that dosing sounds right to me. Work up to 3-4 times/day. You don't need any more than that.

i was about to ask you to chime in on this one...sawastea is right in these threads...all you need is ephedrine and caffiene.
